Message	Work fine for 3.0ghz + p4 mini itx setups. Should be enough for for almost anything, unless you have tons of accessories. I didn't take a look @ your exact setup except for A64, but it should still be able to handle it. I stock them through one of my business's. We've also got 300 and 400 watt models coming soon. -JokerF15
